• A 22 year-old man of Race Hill Road was arrested at 2:51 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• A 45 year-old man was arrested at 6:10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and possession of narcotics (second time arrested for this offense) following a motor vehicle stop on Ridge Road.

• Threatening was investigated a 32 Wall Street at 9:10 a.m.

• Harassment was investigated at 72 Acorn Road at 10:44 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 209 Boston Post Road at 2:38 p.m.

Monday, July 3

• A 19 year-old Cos Cob man was arrested at 8:42 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer, permitting a minor to possess alcohol, assault on a peace officer, and breach of peace in the second degree. The arrest was made at a Hillside Place residence near Chapman Avenue.

• A domestic dispute was investigated a Juniper Lane at 3:58 a.m.

• An appliance fire was reported at 36 Woodlawn Avenue at 6:39 p.m.

Tuesday, July 4

No arrests were made.

• A 38 year-old Danbury man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:16 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to carry insurance identification card, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at the Hammonasset Connector.

• A 29 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:27 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension following a motor vehicle stop on Durham Road at Lyle Drive.

• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated on Green Hill Road at Mungertown Road at 3:17 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated on Bradley Road at Copse Road at 7:12 p.m.

• A fight was investigated at 107 Signal Hill Road at 8:04 p.m.

• A domestic dispute involving disorderly conduct was investigated on Boston Post Road near West Wharf Road at 8:27 p.m.

Killingworth

Wednesday, June 14

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident was investigated at 11:36 a.m. A 51 year-old Farmington woman was operating a 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude southbound on Route 81 at the Stevens Road intersection when she collided with a 1994 Plymouth Voyager operating a 90 year-old Bridle Path Trail. The Jeep sustained front end damage and the Plymouth sustained driver’s side damage. Both drivers suffered minor injuries. There were no witnesses to the crash. No enforcement action was indicated in the police press report.

• A motor vehicle accident was investigated on Route 81 at 5:37 p.m. A 2013 Subaru Impreza owned by a Chester woman was struck while parked in the Kids Center parking lot at 155 Route 1. The Subaru was unoccupied at the time. The collision was believed to have occurred between 1:30 and 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, June 15 to Sunday, June 25

No arrests were made.

Monday, June 26

• A 29 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 5:59 a.m. and charged with using a motor vehicle without permission. The accused took his brother’s truck overnight without permission and the crashed the vehicle that night in Clinton.

Tuesday, June 27 to Thursday, June 29

No arrests were made.

Friday, June 30

No arrests were made.

• A 36 year-old Plainville man was issued a citation at 8:02 a.m. for failure to drive right after the 2011 Chevrolet Express Cutaway he was operating struck a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado K2500 operated by a 20 year-old Clinton man. The collision occurred when the cited driver passed the stopped Silverado. Each operator had a passenger onboard. No injuries were reported or observed.
