Madison

Sunday, June 4

No arrests were made.

• Harassment was reported on Scotland Avenue at 9:20 a.m.

• Criminal mischief on private property was investigated at 565 Green Hill Road at 9:11 p.m.

Monday, June 5

No arrests were made.

• A 22 year-old man of Summer Hill Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:03 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 362 Durham Road at 12:46 p.m.

• A complaint about fraud via identification theft was investigated at 22 Whilshire Road at 1:08 p.m.

• Harassment was investigated on the 800 block of Boston Post Road at 2:13 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 2:28 p.m.

• A missing juvenile complaint was investigated on Burcan Drive at 8:17 p.m.

Tuesday, June 6

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road near Bradley Road at 8:35 p.m.

• A theft was investigated at 494 County Road at 10:22 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Cornish Wood Road at 7:20 p.m.

• A breach of peace incident was investigated on the 200 block of Old Toll Road at 8:41 p.m.

Wednesday, June 7

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 60 Winterhill Road at 8:39 a.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 1080 Boston Post Road at 2:44 p.m.

Thursday, June 8

• A 60 year-old man of Woodland Road was arrested at 8:58 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal possession, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop in front of 633 Boston Post Road. Occupation: sales.

• Harassment was investigated at 22 Pine Ridge Drive at 11:22 a.m.

• Entrapment (non-MVA and non-fire) was reported at 43 Wilshire Road at 10:44 a.m.

• Neighbor trouble was investigated at 63 Horse Pond Road at 1:07 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Whedon Lane at 9:37 p.m.

Friday, June 9

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 41 Copperfield Drive at 9:52 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 20 Island Avenue at 4:01 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Boston Post Road at Mill Road at 5:05 p.m.

Saturday, June 10

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at Interstate 95 exit 61 northbound at 8:35 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 7 Bushnell Lane at 5:24 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 46 Old Post Road at 8:16 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident in which an animal was struck was reported on Durham road at the Killingworth town line at 8:39 p.m.

Sunday, June 11

• An 18 year-old Oakville man was arrested at 8:54 p.m. and charged with reckless driving and risk of injury to a minor.

• A complaint about forgery was investigated at 42 Scotland Avenue at 8:20 a.m.

• Threatening was investigated on Eagle Meadow Drive at 8:04 p.m.

Monday, June 12

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident in which the operator is wanted for evading the scene was investigated at 213 Fort Path Road at 5:08 p.m.

• Threatening was investigated on the 200 block of Boston Post Road at 7:16 p.m.

Tuesday, June 13

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at old Route 79 at 9:01 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 85 Bradley Road at 11:05 a.m.

• A possession a marijuana incident was investigated at 200 Copse Road at 3:06 p.m.

• Criminal mischief on private property was investigated at 514 Old Toll Road at 6:02 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 768 Boston Post Road at 7:26 p.m.

Killingworth

Sunday, June 4 to Monday, June 5

No arrests were made.

Tuesday, June 6

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident was investigated at 6:03 a.m. A 58 year-old Northford man was operating a 1994 Mazda Miata westbound on Route 80 two-tenths of a mile west of Roast Meat Hill Road when he lost control of the vehicle, drove off the right side of the roadway, and struck a utility pole. Minor injuries were reported by the operator, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle. He was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital by ambulance for treatment. No enforcement action was indicated in the police press report.

Wednesday, June 7 to Sunday, June 11

No arrests were made.

Monday, June 12

No arrests were made.

• A 19 year-old New Britain woman was issued a citation at 12:25 p.m. for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the 2008 Honda Civic EX she was operating southbound on Route 81 struck the rear of a 2014 Toyota operated by a 36 year-old Clinton woman. The operator of the struck vehicle (the Toyota) was transported to Middlesex Shoreline Hospital Clinic in Westbrook for evaluation. The three passengers on the Honda reported no injuries. All parties were reportedly wearing seat belts at the time of the collision. No vehicles were towed.
