• A 17 year-old boy of Hemlock Drive was issued a citation at 11:59 p.m. for traveling too fast for conditions after he lost control of the 2007 Honda Accord he was operating southbound on Tower Hill Road approaching Route 80, slid through the intersection, and struck a metal-beam guardrail. No injuries were reported or observed.
