• A 23 year-old man of Manzoni Farm Drive was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 300 block of Copse Road at 11:10 p.m.

• A driving while under the influence incident involving a motor vehicle accident was investigated on the 800 block of Green Hill Road at 6:46 p.m.

• A complaint about an unwanted person or persons was investigated on Stone Road at 2:20 a.m.

• Motor vehicle accidents due to weather conditions were investigated on Green Hill Road at Kelsey Springs Drive, Dover Lane at Bradley Corners Road, Green Hill Road at Durham Road, Orchard Park Road at Mungertown Road, and in front of 163 Warpas Road a between 11:52 a.m. and 6:46 p.m.

• A residential theft was investigated at 158 Dorset Lane at 3:06 p.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 96 Taylor Avenue at 5:43 p.m.

• A 33 year-old man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:49 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to obey a stop sign.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 43 Church Lane at 10:48 a.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 8 Madison Springs Drive at 3:40 p.m.

• A 43 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 9:35 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, breach of peace, assault in the third degree, and threatening in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop on Green Hill Road at Wildwood Avenue.

• An aggravated assault case was investigated at 37 Brantwood Drive at 11:29 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated in front of 302 Green Hill Road at 2:39 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 11

• A 22 year-old Killingworth man was arrested at 5:53 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, interfering with an officer, and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

• A 46 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:55 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A theft was investigated at 82 Bartlett Drive at 11:03 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 500 block of Green Hill Road at 4:12 p.m.

• Theft or shoplifting was investigated at 514 Old Toll Road at 6:06 p.m.

• A 32 year-old woman of Warwick, Rhode Island was arrested at 5:34 a.m. on a warrant charging her with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree following a motor vehicle stop on Durham Road near Overbrook Road.

• A complaint about identification theft was investigated at 16 Town Crier Lane at 11:35 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 21

• A 49 year-old woman of Hunters Trail was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order, and assault in the third degree. Occupation: sales person.

• A 47 year-old man of Riverside Terrace was arrested at 2:42 a.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct, and assault in the third degree.

• A 24 year-old man of St. James Court was arrested at 8:23 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• The passing of a bad check was investigated at 33 Wall Street at 3:37 p.m.

• A chimney fire was reported at 29 Manzoni Farm Drive at 8:03 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated in front of 130 Durham Road at 1:14 p.m.

• A 19 year-old woman of Opening Hill Road was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to pay or plead a citation.

• A report of vandalism was investigated at 266 Horse Pond Road at 5:35 p.m.

• A structure fire that required the rendering of medical assistance was investigated at 46 Madison Avenue at 11:49 p.m.

• A 22 year-old man of Green Hill Road was arrested at 4:02 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, breach of peace, assault in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree.

• A complaint about counterfeiting was investigated at 72 Five Fields Road at 8:38 a.m.

• A brush fire was investigated on Boston Post Road near Wall Street at 2:40 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 500 block of Green Hill Road at 4 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 26

• A 66 year-old East Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:31 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• An 18 year-old man of Edward Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, speeding at over 60 miles per hour on a secondary road, and failure to return license after suspension.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 71 Beekman Place at 7:37 a.m.

• Harassment was investigated at 130 Overbrook Road at 11:53 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 27

No arrests were made.

• A 29 year-old man of Scotland Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:07 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to signal a turn, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at High Hill Circle at 3:58 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 28

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 362 Durham Road at 9:15 a.m.

• Threatening was investigated on Johnson Lane at 1:44 p.m.

• A stray animal captured on Kelsey Spring Drive was placed in the animal shelter at 3:01 p.m.

Killingworth

Friday, Jan. 27

• A 56 year-old man of Swan Lake Trail was arrested at 4:08 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and two counts of criminal mischief in the second degree following a domestic dispute. He was processed on a $1,500 bond.

Saturday, Jan. 28 to Monday, Jan. 30

Tuesday, Jan. 31

• A 35 year-old man of Palmetto, Florida was issued a citation at 5:14 p.m. for traveling too fast for conditions after he lost control of the 2004 Honda CR-V he was operating westbound on Route 80 in snowy conditions and struck a metal-beam guardrail along the north shoulder and then collided with a 2009 Honda CR-V operated eastbound on Route 80 by a 52 year-old Ivoryton woman. No injuries were reported or observed.

Wednesday, Feb. 1 to Thursday, Feb. 9

Friday, Feb. 10

• A 28 year-old Deep River man was arrested at 10:18 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, interfering with an officer (non-assaultive), disorderly conduct, and threatening. Troopers responded to an address on Route 148 for the report of a man attempting to break into a residence. Upon arrival troopers found the accused and his girlfriend sitting in a vehicle at the end of the driveway. He refused to step out of the vehicle on his own and had to be forcibly removed. He was processed on a $10,000 surety bond.

• A 16 year-old man of Cow Hill Road was issued a citation at 11:50 p.m. for failure to drive upon the right after he drove the 2005 Mercedes E320 he was operating southbound on Reservoir Road off the roadway (for an unknown reason), struck a mailbox, and struck a tree. The operator stated that he did not see the curve ahead and drove off the roadway. He was transported to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.

Monday, Feb. 13 to Tuesday, Feb. 21

No arrests were made.

Wednesday, Feb. 22

No arrests were made.

• An unidentified operator of a vehicle registered to 19 Tower Hill Road was issued a citation at 3:09 p.m. for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the 2009 Subaru Legacy he or she was operating westbound on Route 80 struck the rear of a 2017 Subaru Forester operated by a 62 year-old Madison man. The Madison man was transported to the Yale New Haven Shoreline Medical Center in Guilford for evaluation and treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Thursday, Feb. 23

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident was investigated on Route 148 at 10:29 a.m. A 76 year-old Meriden man was driving westbound on Route 148 approaching Blue Hills Road and swerved to avoid an unidentified box truck that forced him to veer to the right at a curve (to avoid collision) and struck a post and metal-beam guardrail on the right side of the roadway. The operator of the box truck left the scene without stopping. No injuries were reported or observed and no enforcement action was indicated in the police press report.

Saturday, Feb. 25

• A 17 year-old woman of Heft Brook Lane was issued a citation at 11:13 a.m. for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the Jeep Wrangler she was operating westbound on Route 81 struck the rear of a 2017 Honda Civic EX operated by an 82 year-old Guilford man who had slowed for traffic ahead. No injuries were reported or observed.

• A 50 year-old Chester woman was issued a citation at 4:26 p.m. for passing in a no-passing zone after the 2013 Subaru she was operating westbound on Route 80 at Titus Coan Road struck the driver-side door of a 2004 Mercedes operated by a 52 year-old Madison man who had slowed to turn left. The cited driver crossed the double yellow line in attempt to pass. No injuries were reported or observed.

Sunday, Feb. 26 to Tuesday, Feb. 28
