Wednesday, Dec. 14

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated at 613 Boston Post Road at 4:41 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on River Edge Farms Road at 9:46 p.m.

• A chimney fire was reported at 166 Scotland Road at 11:28 p.m.

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about harassment was investigated on River Road at 4:34 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 16

No arrests were made.

• A 31 year-old man of Park Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:59 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 12 Stanton Court at 2:02 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 62 Winding Road at 3:02 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 17

No arrests were made.

• A 44 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:33 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to carry an insurance card, traveling too fast for conditions, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license following a motor vehicle stop on Durham Road at exit 61 of Route I-95.

• Criminal mischief on private property was investigated at 418 Bartlett Drive at 9:46 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident in front of 586 Horse Pond Road was investigated at 11:44 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated on Durham Road at County Road at 12:16 p.m.

• A structure fire was reported at 320 Horse Pond Road at 3:55 p.m.

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Boston Post Road at Lovers Lane at 1:52 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Durham Road at 3:25 p.m.

• A complaint about harassment was investigated on Essex Lane at 7:19 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 19

• A 20 year-old Branford man was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and assault on a peace officer.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on front of 302 Green Hill Road at 7:29 a.m.

• A complaint about threatening was investigated on the 700 block of Summer Hill Road at 1:04 p.m.

• A complaint about threatening was investigated on the 2000 block of Durham Road at 2:06 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 20

No arrests were made.

• A 38 year-old North Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:49 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a motor vehicle stop on Summer Hill Road at Shepherds Trail.

• A complaint about harassment was investigated on Old Post Road at 7:27 p.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 108 Robin Ridge Drive at 2:26 p.m.

• A 23 year-old man of Shepherds Trail was arrested at 10:47 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct. Occupation: student.

• Harassment was investigated at 144 Boston Post Road at 12:05 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Shepherd’s Trail at 10:16 a.m.

• A theft from a residence was investigated at 76 Edinburgh Lane at 2:04 p.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 37 Canborne Way at 4:59 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 23

No arrests were made.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 303 Green Hill Road at 11:46 a.m.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 2430 Durham Road at 8:26 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 24

• A 46 year-old man of Lawson Drive was arrested at 8:42 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (third arrest for this charge with prior convictions), drinking while operating a motor vehicle, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Boston Post Road at Signal Hill Road.

• A breach of peace incident was investigated at 52 Wall Street at 12:14 a.m.

• A motor vehicle accident with injuries was investigated in front of 1157 Boston Post Road at 8:11 a.m.

• Harassment was investigated at 12 Deer Run Road at 9:39 a.m.

• A landlord/tenant dispute was investigated at 2076 Durham Road at 4:30 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Hammonasset Connector near exit 62 at 4:48 p.m.

• A structure fire was investigated at 632 Opening Hill Road at 7:41 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 27

• A 33 year-old man of Copse Road was arrested at 2:05 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 1347 Boston Post Road at 11:47 a.m.

Killingworth

Wednesday, Dec. 14 to Thursday, Dec. 22

No arrests were made.

Friday, Dec. 23

• A 25 year-old Durham man was arrested at 8:42 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fifth degree. He was processed and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

• A two-vehicle accident was investigated in front of Killingworth Village Plaza at 6:41 p.m. An unknown driver operating a Toyota Prius backed into a 2004 Audi A4 owned by a 46 year-old man of Wolf Hollow Lane and then fled the scene.

Saturday, Dec. 24 to Sunday, Dec. 25

No arrests were made.

Monday, Dec. 26

No arrests were made.

• A 23 year-old Chester woman was issued a citation at 3:16 p.m. for failure to maintain the reasonable distance apart after the 2012 Volkswagen Jetta she was operating southbound on Route 81, south of Green Hill Road, struck the rear of a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty pick-up truck operated by a 29 year-old Guilford man. The struck driver was stopped for oncoming traffic prior to making a left turn into a business parking lot. The struck driver was transported to Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Clinic in Westbrook for treatment of minor injuries sustained in the crash.
