Wednesday, Oct. 12
• A 31 year-old man of Burban Drive was arrested at 1:26 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace.
• A 24 year-old man of Providence, Rhode Island was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:02 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to have headlamps lit.
• A 22 year-old Milford man was issued a citation at 11:30 a.m. for illegal sale of tobacco to a minor.
Thursday, Oct. 13
• A 61 year-old woman of Frank Street was arrested at 11:47 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 34 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:37 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 25 year-old man of Turtle Bay Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:55 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Friday, Oct. 14
• A 37 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 1:02 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree.
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:02 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension and failure to signal a turn.
Saturday, Oct. 15
• A 37 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 1:02 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 44 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 10:58 p.m. and charged with breach of peace.
Sunday, Oct. 16
• A 57 year-old Milford man was arrested at 1:20 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.
• A 57 year-old man of Mona Avenue was arrested at 4:34 p.m. and charged with walking under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 4:50 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and forgery in the third degree.
• A 33 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:23 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 44 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:42 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of registration plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Wednesday, Oct. 19
• A 22 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 12:30 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and breach of peace.
• A 32 year-old man of a Gentile Place apartment was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.
• A 64 year-old man of Short Beach Road was arrested at 9:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to signal a turn.
• A 24 year-old man of Rogers Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:06 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, and failure to obey a control signal.

• A 28 year-old man of a Briarwood Lane apartment was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with threatening in the second degree.
• A 35 year-old man of Monticello Drive was arrested at 4:06 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 38 year-old woman of Hampton Park was arrested at 5:58 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree.
• A 52 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 6:50 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.

• A 38 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 7:16 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer.
Saturday, Oct. 22
• A 68 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
Sunday, Oct. 23
• A 39 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:41 a.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree, criminal trover in the first degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, manufacture or possession of burglar’s tools, and misuse of registration.
• A 41 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 12:41 a.m. and charged with manufacture or possession of burglary’s tools, criminal mischief in the second degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and larceny in the fourth degree.
• A 35 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 10:57 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and four counts of risk of injury to a minor.
Monday, Oct. 24
• A 43 year-old man of Montoya Circle was arrested at 1 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 21 year-old woman of Monticello Drive was arrested at 2:50 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
• A 33 year-old woman of Oak Ridge Road was arrested at 5:18 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
Tuesday, Oct. 25
• A 25 year-old man of Linewood Avenue was arrested at 8:19 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and threatening in the second degree.
• A 47 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:57 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 41 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:19 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
From Oct. 19 to 25 Branford police issued 50 citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 45 citations for using a hand-held cell phone while driving, 30 citations for failure to obey a control signal, and 11 citations for traveling unreasonably fast.
North Branford
Wednesday, Oct. 19
No arrests were made.
• A 29 year-old man of Wilford Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was operating a grey 2003 Ford Ranger.
Thursday, Oct. 20 to Saturday, Oct. 22
No arrests were made.
Sunday, Oct. 23
• A 38 year-old woman of Mill Road was arrested at 2:26 p.m. and charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
Monday, Oct. 24 to Tuesday, Oct. 25
No arrests were made.
From Oct. 19 to 25 North Branford police issued six citations to motorists for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, four citations for traveling unreasonably fast, three citations for traveling too fast for conditions, and two citations for using a hand-held cell phone while driving. One citation was issued for each of the following: failure to obey a control signal, operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, failure to grand right of way at an intersection, and failure to drive right.
