Wednesday, Sept. 28

No arrests were made.

• A 32 year-old man of Johnson Lane was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:56 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat.

• A stray dog was picked up on St. James Court and placed in the animal shelter at 10:55 a.m.

• Threatening was investigated on New Road at 4:04 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 29

• A 33 year-old man of Rutland, Massachusetts was arrested at 1:14 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and having a defective muffler.

• A 51 year-old man of Horsepond Road was arrested at 8:06 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and threatening in the second degree.

• A domestic dispute involving violation of a protective order was investigated at 592 Horse Pond Road at 7:34 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 30

No arrests were made.

• A 28 year-old Clinton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:12 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 1 Cohasset Lane at 11:51 a.m.

Saturday, Oct. 1

No arrests were made.

• A 52 year-old Clinton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:28 a.m. for speeding at over 60 miles per hour on a secondary road.

• A 41 year-old Westbrook woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:50 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 12 Essex Lane at 11:51 a.m.

• An attempted burglary was investigated at 170 Fort Path Road at 1:20 p.m. The building was found open.

• A chimney fire was reported at 58 Beach Avenue at 3:16 p.m.

• A theft of license plates was reported at 54 Concord Drive at 3:38 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 2

No arrests were made.

• A burglary was investigated at 1347 Boston Post Road at 3:16 a.m.

• An attempted burglary was investigated at 1334 Boston Post Road at 6:30 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 3

• A 20 year-old Bridgeport woman was arrested at 10:30 a.m. and charged with 57 counts of conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, 23 counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, six counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree, three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary in the second degree, three counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth degree, and three counts of conspiracy to commit larceny in the first degree.

Tuesday, Oct. 4

• A theft of services was investigated at 15 Madison Spring Drive at 10:51 a.m.

• An attempted theft was investigated at 70 Woodland Road at 5:33 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 5

• A 51 year-old man of Horse Pond Road was arrested at 9:10 a.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal attempt to commit burglary.

• An unwanted person was reported at 592 Horse Pond Road at 11:28 a.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on the 1200 block if Boston Post Road at 3:19 p.m.

• A domestic dispute was investigated on Whedon Lane at 5:28 p.m.

• A theft was investigated at 236 Ridge Road at 9:23 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 7

• A 47 year-old man of Spencer, Massachusetts was arrested at 6:21 p.m. and charged with larceny in the first degree, interfering with an officer, and being a fugitive from justice.

• A psychiatric emergency was reported on Dudley Lane at 4:12 a.m.

No arrests were made.

• A 20 year-old Hartford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plate.

• A complaint about fraud was investigated at 43 Harkness drive at 1:28 p.m.

• A theft was investigated at 1278 Durham Road at 1:47 p.m.

• A complaint about an unwanted person was investigated on River Edge Farms Road at 2:13 p.m.

• Criminal mischief on private property was investigated at 27 Lenore Drive at 2:29 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 9

• A 52 year-old woman of Scotland Avenue was arrested at 7:28 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act. Another person in the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency 911 call.

Monday, Oct. 10

• A 53 year-old woman of Cohasset Lane was arrested at 10:53 a.m. and charged with three counts of larceny in the sixth degree and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Harassment was investigated at 79 Signal Hill Road at 12:47 p.m.

• A theft involving a pickpocket was investigated at 136 Samson Rock Drive at 12:46 p.m.

• A 36 year-old woman of Johnson Lane was arrested at 11:59 a.m. and charged with failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant following a motor vehicle stop. She was also charged with evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. In the same incident, a 45 year-old man of the same residence was charged with failure to appear in the second degree, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, reckless driving, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

• Criminal mischief on private property was investigated on Woodland Road at Copse Road at 2:58 p.m.

• A burglary was investigated at 1735 Durham Road at 3:39 p.m.

• A 33 year-old man of Warpas Road was arrested at 7:32 p.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of illegal possession on a controlled substance.

• A motor vehicle accident involving an animal was investigated on Durham Road at Horse Pond Road at 9:17 a.m.

• An animal nuisance was reported at 104 Princess Drive at 9:54 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident on private property was investigated at 513 Boson Post Road at 6:51 p.m.

• K9 assistance was provided for an investigation at 167 Neck Road at 12:43 p.m.

• Transformer fire was reported at 123 Hunters Trail at 4:48 p.m.

• A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated on Durham Road at the traffic circle at 7:08 p.m.

• An animal nuisance was reported on Old Toll Road at the Killingworth town line at 8:06 a.m.

• Neighbor trouble was reported at 290 Green Hill Road at 9:24 a.m.

• An 18 year-old man of Twilight Drive was arrested at 1:59 p.m. and charged with having weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of greater than four ounces of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture of a controlled substance, and failure to obey a stop sign.

• An animal nuisance was investigated at 1362 Boston Post Road at 8:54 a.m.

• A 56 year-old woman of Old County Road was issued a warning at 11:15 a.m. for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart after the 2010 BMW 535xi she was operating southbound of Route 81 struck the rear of a stopped vehicle, which was in turn propelled forward into the rear of another stopped vehicle. All the occupants of the middle vehicle were transported by ambulance to Middlesex Hospital in Middletown for evaluation.

Sunday, Oct. 2 to Thursday, Oct. 20

Friday, Oct. 21

• A 47 year-old man of Jacob Lane was arrested at 11:49 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, threatening, and strangulation in the third degree. He was processed on a $5,000 non-surety bond. In the same incident a 46 year-old woman of the same residence was charged with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, and assault in the third degree. She was processed on a $5,000 non-surety bond. The arrests were made following a DCF referral complaint made by a 14 year-old female who claimed that she was assaulted by the accused parties. After a thorough investigation probable cause was established to arrest the accused parties. DCF investigation was still in process at press time.

Saturday, Oct. 22 to Saturday, Oct. 29

No arrests were made.

• A 52 year-old woman of Blueberry Hill Road was issued a citation at 5:55 p.m. for failure to drive right after she lost control of the 2009 Honda Pilot EXL she was operating southbound on Reservoir Road just North of Roast Meat Hill Road and struck two trees located off the right shoulder. No injuries were reported or observed.

Monday, Nov. 31

• A 52 year-old Madison woman was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on a warrant charging with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on the early morning of July 3 on Green Hill Road. The accused had been transported at that time to Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Medical Center in Westbrook for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. She was processed on a $2,000 surety bond.
