Wednesday, July 27
• A 53 year-old man and a 47 year-old man of the same East Main Street address were arrested at 11:55 a.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.
Thursday, July 28
• A 51 year-old homeless man was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, larceny in the sixth degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 66 year-old Guilford woman was arrested at 5:04 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
• A 41 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 7:16 p.m. and charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle.
• A 61 year-old man of Fairlawn Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:34 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Friday, July 29
• A 25 year-old man of Quarry Road was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of failure to appear in the first degree and one count of failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 35 year-old man of Jefferson Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:30 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), and failure to obey a stop sign.
• A 39 year-old Guilford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:21 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without a license endorsement.
• A 38 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:56 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and passing on the right.
Saturday, July 30
• A 30 year-old man of Deep Path Road was arrested at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn, and failure to have headlamps lit.
• A 33 year-old Milford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, July 31
• A 33 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:17 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Monday, Aug. 1
No arrests were made.
• A 26 year-old North Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:41 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and failure to renew registration.

• A 60 year-old North Branford man was arrested at 6:22 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

• A 54 year-old woman of Brushy Plains Road was arrested at 2:13 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 29 year-old man of Longfellow Drive was arrested at 2:22 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and breach of peace.
Friday, Aug. 5
• A 36 year-old man of Pineview Road was arrested at 12:56 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 32 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 8:34 p.m. and charged with robbery in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 34 year-old man and a 35 year-old woman of the same Shore Drive address were arrested at 9:59 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Saturday, Aug. 6
• A 30 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 2:45 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
• A 37 year-old New Britain woman was arrested at 6:55 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree.

• A 53 year-old Northford man was arrested at 1:12 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
• A 57 year-old woman of New York, New York was arrested at 9:49 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 26 year-old woman of Ozone Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:50 p.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).

• A 47 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:32 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.

• A 23 year-old man of Court Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:14 a.m. for reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of registration, and failure to obey a stop sign.
Wednesday, Aug. 10
• A 38 year-old man of Old Hickory Lane was arrested at 10:20 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and two counts of violation of a protective order.
• A 44 year-old woman of a Pineview Drive unit was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:26 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 35 year-old Oakville man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace, and assault in the third degree.

• A 28 year-old Waterbury man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:14 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and having a defective shield.

• A 31 year-old man of Miami, Florida was arrested at 2:36 p.m. and charged with forgery in the second degree, criminal impersonation, unlawful use or reproduction of a credit card, theft of a number plate, failure to display plate, and 35 counts of theft of identity in the third degree.
• A 26 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 3 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.
Tuesday, Aug. 16
• A 21 year-old man of Rogers Street was arrested at 2:20 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, failure to play or plead a citation, failure to appear in the second degree, and two counts of failure to appear in the first degree.
• A 30 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 12:21 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 25 year-old woman of Woodlawn Avenue was arrested at 3:36 p.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and disorderly conduct. In the same incident a 30 year-old woman was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
• A 27 year-old Milford man was arrested at 6:54 p.m. and charged with violation of a protective order.
North Branford
Wednesday, July 27
• An 83 year-old man of Brook Lane was arrested at 3:30 p.m. and charged with assault in the third degree and threatening. In the same incident an 84 year-old woman of the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Saturday, July 30
• A 24 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 2:14 a.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana (second time charged with the offense), use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding at over 60 miles per hour on a secondary road.
• A 22 year-old North Haven man was arrested at 2:29 a.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
• A 29 year-old woman and a 30 year-old man of the same Mansfield Drive address were arrested at 1:15 p.m. Each party was charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.
Sunday, July 31
• A 21 year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:31 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, assault in the third degree, and strangulation in the third degree.

Friday, Aug. 5
• A 31 year-old Branford man was arrested at 1:07 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving at too slow a speed so as to impede the normal flow of traffic.

• A 52 year-old Guilford man was arrested at 11:29 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident in which there was bodily injury), operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.

Monday, Aug. 8
• A 41 year-old man and a 36 year-old woman of the same Twin Lakes Road residence were arrested at 9 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. consecutively. Each part was charged with disorderly conduct under the Domestic Violence Act.
Tuesday, Aug. 9
• A 35 year-old man of Foxon Road North was arrested at 6:15 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
Wednesday, Aug. 10
• A 35 year-old man of Foxon Road was arrested at 6:15 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 41 year-old man of Lillian Street was arrested at 6:10 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Thursday, Aug. 11
• A 31 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:51 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 55 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:28 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and misuse of plate. He was operating a blue 2000 Jeep Cherokee.
Friday, Aug. 12
• A 45 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 10:23 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

No arrests were made.
Monday, Aug. 15
• A 52 year-old man of Great Oak Road in Northford was arrested at 8:15 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
Tuesday, Aug. 16
• A 43 year-old man of Sunset Road was arrested at 5:45 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor and sexual assault in the fourth degree.
• A 46 year-old Meriden man was arrested at 10 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and larceny in the third degree.
