• A 29 year-old woman of a Briarwood Lane apartment was arrested at 8:53 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and using a hand-held cell phone while driving.
• A 27 year-old man of Turtle Bay Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 5:18 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension.
• A 19 year-old man of Shore Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:09 p.m. for failure to have insurance, misuse of registration or driver's license, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 55 year-old man of Bishop Lane was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:57 p.m. for misuse of registration or driver's license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 38 year-old woman of a Chestnut Street apartment was arrested at 9:42 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 37 year-old man of Chestnut Street was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 54 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 1:05 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass and two counts of violation of a protective order.
• A 25 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 11:06 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 26 year-old man of Elm Street was arrested at 10:13 p.m. and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
