• A 22 year-old man of Blakeslee Avenue was issued a citation at 4:37 p.m. for creating a public disturbance.

From July 1 to 7 North Haven police also issued seven citations to motorists for failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, three citations for using a hand-held cell phone while driving, two citations for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and two citations for operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license. One citation was issued for each of the following: failure to obey a control signal, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to renew driver's license, and transporting a child under the age of 7 or weighing under 60 pounds without a proper restraint.
