• A 23 year-old man of Spencer Plains Road was arrested at 11:03 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree. The alleged victim of the assault was a 26 year-old man of East Pond Meadow Road.

No arrests were made.
Tuesday, July 7
• A 46 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 6:04 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.
• A 63 year-old Chester man was arrested at 6:41 p.m. and charged with breach of peace.
• A larceny was investigated at the Sunglass Hit retail store located in the Tanger Outlets at 4:17 p.m. One adult black male and two adult black females allegedly stole approximately $1,000 worth of designer sunglasses the fled the scene. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call police at (860) 399-7304 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All calls will be kept confidential.
