• A 36 year-old man of Green Garden Court was arrested at 11:06 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and possession of greater than four ounces of marijuana. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.
Friday, July 3
• A 51 year-old Durham man was arrested at 8:58 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Short Beach Road at Hilton Avenue.
• A 27 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 5:58 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, breach of peace in the second degree, stalking in the third degree, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, and two counts of assault in the third degree.
