Friday, June 26

• A 22 year-old Chester woman was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on a warrant charging her with burglary in the third degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and making a false statement in the second degree. The theft took place on Crescent Street.

• A 30 year-old Chester man was arrested at 8:11 p.m. on a warrant charging him with burglary in the third degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree, larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree, and making a false statement in the second degree.

• A 74 year-old man of Liberty Street was arrested at 11:27 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.

• A neighbor dispute was investigated on Old Post Road at 12:24 a.m.

• A noise complaint was investigated on Carriage Drive at 10:09 p.m.

Saturday, June 27

• A 24 year-old man of Baxter Street and a 52 year-old man of Olde Orchard Road were arrested at 2:39 a.m. Each party was charged with failure to halt possession of alcohol by a minor following the report of a noise complaint on Baxter Road.

Sunday, June 28

• A 21 year-old Waterford man was arrested at 9:09 p.m. and charged with breach of peace, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana following a reported of a suspicious person on Killingworth Turnpike.

• A 23 year-old man of Old Mill Road was issued a citation at 8:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license following a report of a suspicious vehicle on West Main Street.
