• A 32 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 9:31 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, and failure to drive right following a report that a black Nissan Murano was traveling erratically.
• At 4:13 p.m. the theft of a silver 2008 Toyota Highlander bearing plate CT 0AULP6 was reported from a residence located on Route 154. The vehicle was taken without the owner's permission. A suspect was identified in the theft.
