• At 12:12 a.m. police reported that a 29 year-old man of Straits Road was operating a 2003 Honda Element northbound on Route 9 when he attempted to avoid a deer in the roadway, lost control of the vehicle, and rolled the vehicle over. No injuries were reported at the scene as a result of the crash.
