• A 56 year-old Westbrook woman was arrested at 5:33 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an unsafe turn.
• A 44 year-old Deep River man was arrested at 9:36 p.m. and charged with strangulation in the second degree under the domestic violence act.
• A 22 year-old Deep River man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:03 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, having excessive window tint, and making an improper lane change.
