North Haven Police Incident Report for June 7 to 9


Sunday, June 7

• A 23 year-old man of Watson Avenue was arrested at 10:54 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and failure to obey a stop sign.

Monday, June 8

• A 41 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:43 p.m. and charged with violation of probation.

• A 57 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree.

Tuesday, June 9

• A 45 year-old homeless man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, larceny in the second degree, criminal trover in the first degree, and conspiracy to commit larceny.

From June 3 to 9 North Haven police issued two citations to motorists for failure to obey a control signal, two citations for failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and two citations for failure to grant right of way. One citation was issued for each of the following: operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, failure to obey a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license, failure to renew registration, failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat, and failure to drive right.
