• A 31 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 2:53 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the first degree. He was processed on a $50,000 bond.
• A 20 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 29 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 7:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license.

• A 45 year-old Branford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:06 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident), failure to grant right of way to oncoming traffic while making a left turn, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license.
