• A 51 year-old man of an East Main Street apartment was arrested at 12:27 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana.
• A 28 year-old Berlin man was arrested at 2:04 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 45 year-old Colchester man was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with making a false statement to procure insurance of a credit card, illegal use or credit card, and identity theft via impersonation.

• A 35 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11:24 p.m. and charged with forgery, illegal possession or narcotics, and falsifying a prescription.
Tuesday, June 9
No arrests were made.
• A 27 year-old man of a Glenwood Road apartment was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to display plates, possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia containing less than ½ ounce of marijuana.
