• A 19 year-old man of Nutmeg Drive was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway.
• A 70 year-old Avon man was arrested at 10:08 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A 23 year-old Westbrook man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:21 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, reckless driving, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle accident without injuries on High Street.
• Criminal mischief was investigated on Long Hill Road at 3:10 p.m.
