• A 43 year-old Glastonbury man was arrested at 8:19 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, tampering with a ignition interlock device, operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway, and having tinted windows without a DMV approval sticker.
