He was operating a silver 2000 Chrysler Voyager.
• A 26 year-old man of Twin Lakes Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:27 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension. He was operating a black 1999 Toyota Camry.
