• A 48 year-old Higganum man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:21 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse or marker plate, and failure to have an ignition interlock device.
• A 33 year-old Westbrook man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 4:33 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
