• A 40 year-old Westbrook woman was issued a citation at 7:40 a.m. for failure to grant right of way at an intersection or driveway after the 2007 GMC Envoy she was operating collided with a 1997 Honda Accord operated by a 50 year-old woman of North Village Street. The cited driver attempted to exit a driveway when she pulled into the oncoming path of the Honda. The Honda operator was transported by Deep River ambulance to the Middlesex Hospital Shoreline Clinic in Westbrook after complaining of neck pain.
