• A 42 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with larceny in the third degree and two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 24 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11:10 p.m. and charged with breach of peace, criminal use of FM or other electronics, criminal possession of a firearm, threatening in the first degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree.
• A 24 year-old man of Plymouth Colony was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:41 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and failure to have insurance.
• A 24 year-old woman of a North Ivey Street apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:49 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of registration, and failure to have insurance.

• A 54 year-old West Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:59 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to renew driver's license.
• A 51 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:48 a.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and improper use of marker plates.
• A 23 year-old West Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:07 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
