• A 25 year-old woman of Allendale Drive was arrested at 3 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. In the same incident a 28 year-old man of Raleigh, North Carolina was charged with the same.
Monday, April 20
• A 35 year-old man of Kings Highway was arrested at 2:20 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree and issuing a bad check.
• A 38 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 11:07 p.m. and charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped and issued a citation for failure to have stop lamps.
Tuesday, April 21
• A 42 year year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 46 year-old Plainville woman was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with forgery in the second degree and criminal attempt to commit forgery in the second degree.
From April 15 to 21 North Haven police also issued 27 citations to motorists for using a hand-held cell phone while driving, one citation for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and one citation for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
