Guilford Police Incident Report for April 18 and 19


Saturday, April 18

No arrests were made.

• A littering complaint was investigated on Little Meadow Road at 9:38 a.m. A caller reported that at 8 a.m. a Johns Refuse truck picked up a dumpster from a house under construction and did not cover the dumpster, allowing items to fall out.

• A complaint about identity fraud involving a false IRS filing was investigated at 80 Dover Court at 10:55 a.m.

• A dumping violation was investigated on Durham Road near Route One. A complainant reported that a white male driving a silver car was removing trash from a dumpster and throwing the trash into the woods.

• Harassment was investigated on Lone Pine Trail at 3:13 p.m. A complainant stated that his wife's ex-husband was harassing via phone texts.

• At 9:04 p.m. a resident of Harbor View Road reported that she was being harassed by a neighbor and that it was an ongoing problem.

Sunday, April 19

No arrests were made.

• A complaint about identity fraud involving a false IRS filing was investigated at 200 Landon's Way at 9:09 a.m.

• A complaint about identity fraud involving "tax and gas" was investigated at 72 Sconset Lane at 10:31 a.m.
