Wednesday, April 15 - Thursday, April 16

No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

Friday, April 17

• A 44 year-old man of Chittenden Road was arrested at 4:48 p.m. and charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree. The alleged victim was a 20 year-old Clinton woman. The alleged assault took place at the Shell gas station located at 237 Route 81. The accused was processed on a $5,000 surety bond.

Saturday, April 18 - Monday, April 20

No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

Tuesday, April 21

No arrests were made.

• An 18 year-old man of Beach Tree Ridge was issued a written warning at 7:13 a.m. for failure to grant right of way to oncoming traffic. The warned driver was operating a 2013 Ford Fusion eastbound on Green Hill Road at the intersection of Route 81 when he attempted to make a left turn onto Route 81 and collided with a 2008 Chevy Silverado operated by a 33 year-old man of Kelseytown Road. No injuries were reported at the scene as a result of the collision.
