• A 38 year-old woman of Oxbow Lane in Northford was arrested at 11:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal possession of narcotics, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, failure to drive right, and using a hand-held cell while driving.
• A 29 year-old man of unrecorded address was issued a misdemeanor summons at 8:29 a.m. for failure to have insurance and failure to renew registration.
