• A 22 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 1:38 p.m. and charged with illegal use of credit card and three counts of burglary in the third degree.

• A 50 year-old man of Philip Place was arrested at 8:30 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree.

• A 34 year-old Wallingford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:18 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license or registration suspension and using a hand-held cell phone while driving.
