• A 43 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 7:05 a.m. and charged with risk of injury to a minor (contact with intimate parts), sexual assault in the fourth degree, sexual assault on the first degree, and sexual assault in the third degree.

• A 34 year-old Naugatuck man was arrested at 4:23 p.m. for failure to have insurance, theft of a number plate, and improper use of marker plate. He was operating a green 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse.

• A 31 year-old Guilford man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:50 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension (subsequent offense). He was operating a tan 1999 Mercury Marquis.

• A 24 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:13 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension. He was operating a grey 2008 Hyundai Tiburon.
