• A caller reported a dead dog in the roadway on Nortontown Road. The animal control officer responded and reported that the dead animal was a turkey.

• Identity theft involving a false IRS tax return was investigated at 248 White Birch Lane at 3:03 p.m.

• A neighbor reported "yelling and banging noises" coming from a unit at 28 Guilford Court at 3:34 p.m.

• Identity theft involving false IRS tax returns were investigated at 95 Den Hollow Road at 3:58 p.m. and at 706 Moose Hill Road at 6:51 p.m.

Friday, March 27

• A 40 year-old Orange man was arrested at 2:05 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A resident of Meriden Street filed a report of neighbor harassment at 10:09 a.m.

• An unfamiliar cell phone was found in a car on Shell Beach Road at 3:10 p.m.

• Identity theft involving false IRS tax returns were investigated at 2120 Alexander Drive at 5:50 p.m. and a 920 Little Meadow Road at 5:21 p.m.

• A caller reported suspicious activity at 68 Bullard Drive at 10:21 p.m. Police determined that a male and a female were behind Baldwin school trying to play soccer.
