Guilford Police Incident Report for Dec. 2 and 3


Tuesday, Dec. 2

• A 26 year-old man of Maplecrest Drive was arrested at 12:23 p.m. on a warrant charging him with illegal possession of child pornography in the third degree and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

• An animal nuisance was investigated on Renee’s Way at 8:37 a.m. A complainant reported that a dog keeps coming on to the property.

• Criminal mischief was reported on private property at 900 Boston Post Road. A confederate flag was ripped off a truck.

• An unwanted person complaint was investigated at 6:06 p.m. at KC’s Pub located at 725 Boston Post Road. An ex-employed keeps returning to the pub trying to start trouble. The subject was contacted and told to stay away.

Wednesday, Dec. 3

No arrests were made.

During the week of Nov. 26 to Dec. 3 Guilford Police received 165 calls for service. Police made seven arrests, investigated 27 motor vehicle accidents, and issued nine citations, 70 written warnings, two verbal warnings, and six parking tags. Police also responded to seven false burglar alarms. A total of 298 incidents were handled by police.
