• A 59 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 6:44 p.m. and charged with theft of a number plate, misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to have insurance.
• A 29 year-old man of Chelmsford, Massachusetts was arrested at 3:20 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension, failure to change address, improper parking, and failure to maintain the proper lane of a multiple lane highway.
