• A 33 year-old Branford man was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.

• A 30 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:02 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension and failure to obey a control signal.
