• A 27 year-old New Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:26 a.m. for reckless driving, driving while impaired, operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Monday, Nov. 10
• A 30 year-old man of Green Garden Court was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with reckless driving, interfering with a police officer, reckless endangerment in the first degree, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension, and misuse of plate. He was processed on a $20,000 bond.
• A 28 year-old man of a Messina Drive apartment was arrested at 9:53 a.m. and charged with multiple counts of illegal manufacture of a controlled substance, sale or distribution of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school or public housing, possession of greater than four ounces of marijuana, failure to keep a prescription drug in its original container, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of narcotics. He was processed on a $10,000 bond amount.
• A 21 year-old East Haven woman was arrested at 11:06 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 54 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:59 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 20 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:49 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
