• A 56 year-old woman of Washington Avenue was arrested at 2:51 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.
• A 50 year-old man of Stevens Street was arrested at 6:52 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was processed on a $200,000 bond.
• A 20 year-old Shelton man was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree.
Thursday, Oct. 30
• A 21 year-old man of Williams Street was arrested at 1:02 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.
• A 25 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.
• A 48 year-old woman of Thompson Avenue was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 49 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 2:57 p.m. and charged with misuse of plate, failure to display plate, failure to have insurance, operating a motor vehicle while under license and registration suspension, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• A 51 year-old man of an Old Foxon Road apartment was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
• An 18 year-old man and a 20 year-old man of the same Coe Avenue residence were arrested at 10:17 p.m. Each party was charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 31 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:17 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.
