• A 20 year-old New Haven woman was arrested at 10:26 a.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the first degree.
• A 19 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:30 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident).
• A 20 year-old man of River Road was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 47 year-old man of Hemingway Avenue was arrested at 10 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.
Tuesday, Oct. 7
• A 22 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.
• A 44 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons. He was processed on a combined $22,500 bond amount.
• A 42 year-old woman of Saint Andrew Avenue was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. In the same incident a 54 year-old man of the same residence was charged with criminal violation of a protective order. The woman was processed on a $2,500 bond amount and the man was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.
