• A 17 year-old boy was issued a citation at 9:51 a.m. for failure to drive right after the 2011 Honda Accord he was operating northbound on Chestnut Hill Road drifted right and struck a rock located off the right side of the roadway. No injuries were reported at the scene as a result of the crash.
