• A 40 year-old Waterbury woman was arrested at 7:10 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 21 year-old man of Russo Avenue was arrested at 9:44 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
Sunday, Aug. 24
• A 24 year-old man of a Washington Avenue apartment was arrested at 2:30 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, strangulation in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the first degree. He was processed on a $10,000 bond amount.
Monday, Aug. 25
• A 20 year-old man of Silver Sands Road was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts of failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons.
• A 36 year-old woman of a Messina Drive apartment was arrested at 1:09 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree. She was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.
