Sunday, Aug. 3
• A 21 year-old man of North Atwater Street was arrested at 1:20 a.m. and charged with sale, use or possession of fireworks, having weapons in a motor vehicle, and criminal trespass in the third degree.
• A 44 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 11:01 a.m. and charged with carry or sale of a dangerous weapon, interfering with an officer, breach of peace in the second degree, and assault in the third degree.
• A 56 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 4:15 p.m. and charged with four counts of risk of injury to a minor. He was processed on a combined $50,000 surety bond.
Monday, Aug. 4
• A 38 year-old man of Montoya Drive was arrested at 7:51 a.m. and charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, interfering with a police officer, and breach of peace in the second degree.
• A 75 year-old woman was a Taylor Avenue apartment was arrested at 11:30 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 50 year-old man of Charnes Drive was arrested at 10:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, strangulation in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the first degree. He was processed on a $25,000 bond.
Tuesday, Aug. 5
• A 23 year-old man and a 20 year-old woman of the same Mill Street apartment were arrested at 3:21 a.m. Both parties were charged with disorderly conduct under the domestic violence act.
• A 55 year-old man of Main Street North was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
• A 34 year-old woman of Mill Street was arrested at 1:58 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 31 year-old homeless man was arrested at 3:10 p.m. and charged with possession of narcotics and failure to appear in the second degree on an outstanding warrant.
