East Haven Police Incident Report for July 9 to 11


The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. 

Wednesday, July 9

• A 21 year-old man of Van Horn Drive was arrested at 5:07 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and unlawful restraint in the second degree. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.

Thursday, July 10

• A 52 year-old man of an Old Foxon Road apartment was arrested at 3:12 a.m. and charged with interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, failure to obey a stop sign, and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.

• A 45 year-old woman of Main Street was arrested at 1:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and robbery in the third degree. She was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.

• A 31 year-old man of Kimberly Avenue was arrested at 5:27 p.m. and charged with larceny in the fourth degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.

Friday, July 11

• A 38 year-old man of Clark Avenue was arrested at 1:37 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal attempt to commit burglary in the first degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and larceny in the fourth degree. He was processed on a $25,000 bond amount.

• A 40 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 2:48 a.m. and charged with failure to verity address as a registered sex offender. He was processed on a $10,000 bond amount.
