East Haven Police Incident Report for July 5 to 8


The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, July 5

• A 33 year-old man of a Burr Street apartment was arrested at 2:35 a.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

Sunday, July 6

No arrests were made.

Monday, July 7

• A 31 year-old Branford man was arrested at 8:21 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear for a motor vehicle summons and two counts of failure to appear in the first degree. He was processed on a $10,000 bond amount.

• A 33 year-old man of Mill Street was arrested at 7:15 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $1,500 bond amount.

Tuesday, July 8

• A 29 year-old man of a Birch Lane apartment was arrested at 4:25 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the second degree.

• A 19 year-old man of Meadow Place was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to pay or plead a citation.
