East Haven Police Incident Report for June 11 to 13


The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. 

Wednesday, June 11

• A 20 year-old man of Michael Street was arrested at 8 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 37 year-old man of Borrman Road was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree. He was processed on a $50,000 bond amount.

• A 47 year-old man of Forest Street Extension was arrested at 8:05 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree. In the same incident a 19 year-old man of the same residence was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to pay or plead a citation on an outstanding warrant.

Thursday, June 12

• A 49 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 5:09 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 55 year-old man of North High Street was arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.

Friday, June 13

• A 30 year-old Branford man was arrested at 5:12 a.m. and charged with possession of narcotics.

• A 29 year-old man of Glen Haven Road was arrested at 8:44 a.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice, illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of greater than four ounces of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a controlled substance near a school or public housing, conspiracy to cultivate marijuana, conspiracy to possession greater than four ounces of marijuana, and conspiracy to illegally possess a controlled substance near a school or public housing. He was held in lieu of a combined $175,000 surety bond amount.
