Police Incident Report for Feb. 2 to Feb. 4


The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Sunday, Feb. 2

• A 19 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 12:50 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree. He was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

• An 18 year-old man of Main Street was arrested at 12:55 p.m. and charged with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace in the second degree. He was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

• A 48 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 1:28 p.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 42 year-old woman of Foxon Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:19 a.m. for evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle (fleeing the scene of an accident) and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. She was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

Monday, Feb. 3

• A 50 year-old man of a Kenneth Street apartment was arrested at 1:20 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault on a person age 60 or older of who is handicapped. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.

Tuesday, Feb. 4

• A 33 year-old man of Laurel Street was arrested at 7:58 p.m. and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree. He was processed on a $2,500 bond amount.
