East Haven Police Incident Report for Dec. 30 and 31

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Monday, Dec. 30

• No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Dec. 31

• A 48 year-old man of a Thompson Street apartment was arrested at 2:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order, and assault in the third degree. He was processed on a $1,500 bond amount.

• A 35 year-old New Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:34 p.m. for misuse of plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
