East Haven Police Incident Report for Dec. 7 to 10

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, Dec. 7

• An 18 year-old man of Old Town Highway was arrested at 5:16 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 26 year-old man of Russo Avenue was arrested at 12:39 p.m. and charged with interfering with a police officer, falsely reported an incident in the second degree, and disorderly conduct.

• A 46 year-old Beacon Falls woman was arrested at 11:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.

Sunday, Dec. 8

• A 56 year-old man of Ellis Road and a 38 year-old Orange woman were arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree following a domestic dispute. The fight took place the man’s residence on Ellis Road. Each party was processed on a $1,000 bond amount.

Monday, Dec. 9

• No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Dec. 10

• A 39 year-old New Haven man was arrested at 6:51 a.m. and charged with stalking in the first degree, harassment in the second degree, and criminal violation of a restraining order. He was processed on a $5,000 bond amount.
