Westbrook Police Incident Report for March 27 and 28

The Harbor News publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, and Old Saybrook. Wednesday, March 27

• No arrests were made and no incidents were reported.

Thursday, March 28

• No arrests were made.

• A 48 year-old Waterford man was issued a citation at 9:08 p.m. for failure to renew registration following a motor vehicle accident. He lost control of the 1996 Toyota Camry he was operating following a tire blow-out and struck a wire rope guardrail.
