East Haven Police Incident Report for Aug. 26 to 28

The East Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Sunday, Aug. 26

• A 20 year-old man of Highland Avenue was arrested at 3:20 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree.

• An 18 year-old man of Tyler Street was arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, and criminal violation of a protective order.

Monday, Aug. 27

• No arrests were made.

Tuesday, Aug. 28

• A 36 year-old West Haven man was arrested at 7:15 a.m. and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, and violation of probation.
