[naviga:li]A resident reported receiving harassing texts and contact from an ex-boyfriend, 6:47 p.m.[/naviga:li]

From Jan. 26 through Feb. 1 Guilford Police Department received 229 calls for service. Police made five arrests, investigated 20 motor vehicle accidents, issued 27 infractions, 52 written warnings and three verbal warnings.
